Do You Know About X-Bonds?
If you are looking at buying property off-plan you may wait as long as 4 years to completion. Rather than tying up your cash for that amount of time you now have the option to put down as little as 1% of the purchase price for exchange of contracts using an X-bond.

For example on a $100,000 property instead of putting down a $30,000 deposit, you simply put down $1,000 at exchange of contracts and pay the balance at completion. Leaving you $29,000 to invest for 2-4 years.

Applications are subject to status, and you must be able to provide the full deposit before completion.
