We are not currently providing lifestyle properties - meaning properties for holidays, 2nd homes etc but can reccomend providers if this is of interest.

Properties are chosen based on a number of factors including location, available discounts, clarity and security of title, liquidity and expected yields.

We currently feature properties in London, Kuala Lumpur, and are sourcing property in Johannesburg ready for the 2010 World Cup. We will add additional properties as they become available.

Finance is available on all properties listed, but is subject to status. Required deposits will vary by market.
